QualQuantAnalytics provides a focused analytics capability that helps your organization turn data into faster, higher-confidence decisions and then scale those insights across programs. We combine expert analytic talent with repeatable methods and reusable tools (dashboards, models, automation, and data pipelines). We reduce cycle time, improve analytic consistency, and provide sustainable capability - not one-off products.
What do tailored, tangible solutions look like?
An organization wanted to explore the prevalence of suicide behavior in its people. We conducted semantic analysis of case reports and extensive interviews with subject matter experts to determine causal and correlative factors present in suicide cases. Then, we presented a fact-based intervention methodology to identify symptoms and respond appropriately to enhance wellness.
A government entity with physical assets located worldwide needed a scientifically verifiable model to prioritize protection resources allocated toward its property. We collected the requisite data and delivered a quantitative model that reduced reliance on personality-driven subjective assessments.
A large company was struggling to articulate the success of its strategy and policy implementation. We developed a state of the art operational assessment methodology that ingested data from multiple and varied sources, harmonized the data in an architecture that enabled analysis, and reported analytical results in visual and written media.
An organization was using manually-updated Microsoft products to conduct analysis and assessments of organizational progress. Each quarterly report took 10 analysts two weeks to complete. We developed a process to automate data ingestion and report development, reducing the completion time to one person completing the task in minutes.
An investigative agency struggled to keep pace with the reports received, as the volume of reports overwhelmed triage and analytical staff. We used natural language processing and machine learning tools to develop software to perform initial report triage, pointing the human analyst in the loop to the cases of greatest potential threat.
Following Hurricane Sandy, a northeastern city identified a gap in the effectiveness of city-wide information dissemination. We developed a multi-layer network model of the city’s physical and influence infrastructure to recommend a fundamental shift in emergency information dissemination.
